Louis has over a decade of hospitality and restaurant experience in the Twin Cities area. He spent several years cooking his way through The Bachelor Farmer, eventually becoming the pastry Sous Chef. He helped open the award-winning Animales Barbecue Company. Later moving on to be the Food and Beverage Director for Glass House Events. Louis looks forward to Providing the North Loop with a hospitality and dining experience not seen before in the area. He also Believes a Gin martini and a lemon tart can fix everything.
