Ricky joins our team by way of Panama City, Panama. He was has an extended professional culinary career with over 12 years of experience. Ricky opened up the Hard Rock Hotel and Waldorf Astoria in Panama. Lastly he worked the past 6 years as the Chef and manager of Casa Volcan Gastropub in San Fransisco, Panama. Ricky enjoys craft beers and great food making the Twin Cities a great place for him to relocate. Ricky joins Group Balboa as Chef de Cuisine and second in command in Guacaya Bistreaux.
