Allow us to introduce you to Chef Jonathan, a talented chef originally from Ecuador who has made Minneapolis his home. He is a hard-working and dedicated individual who has earned the position of Chef de Cuisine at Guacaya Bistreaux through his diligence and passion for cooking. Having worked in several kitchens across the city, including Lord Fletcher, Mr. Paul Supper Club, and Maison Margaux, he has been cooking up a storm at Guacaya Bistreaux for almost a year and has been an integral part of the re-launch of the concept recently. Chef Jonathan is committed to providing his guests with the best culinary experience possible, and he is always exploring new recipes and techniques to create unique and delicious dishes.
